We use the details you send to respond to your enquiry, understand and scope the work you’re asking about, deliver our services, and improve how the site works. We don’t use your information for anything you wouldn’t reasonably expect from getting in touch with us.

Contact form submissions are processed and stored on our behalf by Google LLC via Google Apps Script. We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with third parties except where it’s needed to run our business or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to respond to you and do business together. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we’re required to keep it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, just email admin@forgegrowthagency.org and we’ll take care of it.

Cookies

We currently don’t use tracking or advertising cookies, only what’s essential for the site to work. If that changes in the future, we’ll update this policy and let you know.

International transfers

Because we work worldwide and rely on service providers like Google LLC, your information may be processed on servers located outside your own country. Wherever it’s handled, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected.

Children

Our site and services aren’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.
